TEEN TRAINING

(FIRST 2 CLASSES FREE)

Middle school to high school ages, boys or girls are encouraged to participate. Anyone is capable of performing the workouts and achieving their fitness goals as they grow into adults.

 

There are no hidden fees. This will include 2 one hour group sessions per week.

 

There will only be 5-6 kids in any session, everyone will receive personal attention during their time to focus on individual goals.

 

What Are the Benefits of Strength Training?

  • Improve overall fitness.

  • Increase lean body mass (more muscle, less fat).

  • Burn more calories.

  • Increase bone strength.

  • Improve mental health.

  • Lower rate of injury in teens.

 

The focus is on proper form and injury prevention.  We will begin with body weight movements for the first few visits(push ups, planks, body weight squats). We will then move to very low weight exercises while we learn all of the different movements and the muscles each move involves.  Once they understand the concept and demonstrate the basic skills, we will begin actually lifting weights.  It will be done at lighter weights in larger volume sets. The exercises will work the upper body, lower body and core.

 

No athletic or sports background required. This is truly an individual sport!!  We are not an athletic training facility.  Any skill level is welcomed here.  All you need is the desire to begin your fitness journey and work on building the body you want.

 

There is no need to know anything about a gym.  Gym culture is overwhelming and walking into a new environment you know nothing about is extremely stressful and most times will only cause you to not go back.  Here, I will teach you everything you need to know about lifting weights, building strength,  proper form and technique, all while doing it in a quiet, zero pressure environment.  You will progress at your own pace, you are your only competition!!! 

 

Learn proper form and build confidence, strength, and discipline.  

You will take what you learn here on with you forever.

 

Building a strong base as a young adult will be key to your future fitness.  A stronger body will burn more calories, help form stronger bones, and improve mental health by releasing endorphins which generate a positive feeling throughout the body.
